Self - Esteem

"Self-esteem is the opinion we have of ourselves."

Low self-esteem can cause problems with:

Self-talk.

Relationships (friends, partners, family).

Assertiveness.

Happiness.

Saying "no" when something is unwanted.

Challenging yourself.

You can improve your self-esteem by taking advantage of positive self-talk, therapy, self-help books, complimenting yourself, and acting / speaking the way you would like to see yourself.
